In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our financial operations, driving fiscal discipline, and supporting our aggressive growth trajectory.
You will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring the integrity of our financial data while acting as a key advisor to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and standardized accounting policies.
- Oversee tax compliance, audits, and statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, and banking relationships.
- Partner with department heads to provide deep-dive financial analysis and performance metrics.
- Oversee the accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and accounting software automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Accounting preferred.
- CPA certification is strictly required.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in GAAP/IFRS and advanced technical accounting knowledge.
- Proven track record of managing complex financial systems and ERP implementations.
