Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL, and Payroll.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Manage treasury operations and cash flow forecasting to optimize liquidity.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a mid-to-large corporate environment.
- Deep expertise in GAAP standards and financial reporting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced financial modeling skills).
- Proven track record of improving accounting processes and internal controls.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
