Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee all corporate accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with US GAAP and all regulatory reporting requirements.
- Direct the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax authorities.
- Optimize financial systems and workflows to enhance data accuracy and operational scalability.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and current tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
