You will play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy, working directly with the CFO to optimize operational efficiency and ensure long-term financial health.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Manage external audit activities and ensure full compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and risk management policies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including cash flow forecasting and budget variance analysis.
- Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of junior accountants and analysts.
- Collaborate with department heads to support budget planning and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on process automation and accuracy.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling financial operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
