Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with precision.
- Manage the preparation of comprehensive financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Oversee tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit interactions.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate operational risk.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of junior accountants and analysts.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros).
