Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end closing processes with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting initiatives for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop and implement internal controls ensuring SOX compliance
- Manage relationships with external auditors and banking partners
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Drive process automation initiatives using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor 5+ junior finance professionals through structured development programs
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Expertise in IFRS/GAAP with Big Four audit background preferred
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools
- Proven experience scaling finance operations for high-growth companies
- Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional teams of 10+
- Experience with fintech or SaaS industry financial reporting
- MS in Finance or MBA from Tier 1 institution
