- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop financial models supporting strategic business decisions
- Manage team of 5+ finance professionals through KPI-driven coaching
- Optimize cash flow and working capital management systems
- Drive process improvements using ERP and BI platforms
Qualifications
- CPA/MBA with 8+ years in corporate finance/controller roles
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS with Big 4 public accounting background
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI
- Proven success scaling finance operations in high-growth environments
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management
