- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Lead preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings
- Develop and implement internal controls for risk mitigation

- Manage accounting team performance and development
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years in leadership/supervisory role
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
