Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage general ledger operations and financial reporting systems
- Lead external audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls and policies
- Analyze financial data to drive strategic decision-making
- Manage accounting team performance and development
- Collaborate with executive team on financial strategy
- Monitor cash flow and working capital optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing cross-functional finance teams
