Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with multi-entity consolidations
- Lead financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance reporting (SEC, GAAP)
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Drive process optimization through automation and ERP system enhancements
- Mentor accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in multi-company consolidations and intercompany eliminations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and BI tools
- Deep knowledge of SEC reporting requirements and SOX compliance
- Proven track record in process automation and financial system migrations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
