Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end close processes with SOX compliance
- Lead financial reporting for investors and regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement advanced financial forecasting models
- Manage a team of 5+ accounting professionals
- Optimize ERP systems for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with investment teams on portfolio valuation
- Drive process improvements in FP&A workflows
Qualifications
- CPA certification required with 8+ years in finance
- Expertise in SEC reporting and GAAP standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financials
- Proven experience in financial services or PE/VC
- Strong leadership background in team development
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with international accounting standards
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
