Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage corporate treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Oversee internal controls and audit activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Direct the preparation of financial statements and management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate seamless annual audits and filings.
- Analyze key financial metrics to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth drivers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or controller capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, financial statement preparation, and corporate tax regulations.
- Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to improve financial processes and implement internal control frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operational departments.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
