Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance leadership
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems for executive stakeholders
- Drive process optimization in accounting operations using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for 15+ business units
- Manage external audit relationships and regulatory compliance (SEC/FASB)
- Mentor junior accounting staff through structured development programs
- Analyze financial variances and provide strategic recommendations to C-suite
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Expertise in IFRS/GAAP with SEC reporting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional finance transformation
- Strong background in multi-currency international operations
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data
