Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls and internal audit procedures
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Manage financial reporting to LPs and regulatory bodies
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives across portfolio companies
- Spearhead process optimization for financial operations
- Mentor and develop finance team members
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- 8+ years in public accounting or private equity finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in SEC reporting and fund accounting
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, Power BI)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
