Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal control improvements
- Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities
- Direct treasury operations and risk management protocols
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial decisions
- Mentor junior finance professionals and cross-functional teams
- Implement financial systems optimization projects
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting/finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle preferred)
- Expertise in IFRS and GAAP reporting standards
- Proven leadership in SOX 404 compliance
- Strong analytical modeling and forecasting abilities
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
- Experience in multinational corporate environments
