Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Manage external audits and regulatory compliance requirements
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies
- Mentor junior finance professionals and process improvements
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; MBA or Master's preferred
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems
- Strong financial modeling skills with Excel/Power BI expertise
