Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC standards.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll departments.
- Develop robust financial forecasts and models to support business strategy.
- Maintain and improve internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize departmental budgets and spending.
- Prepare comprehensive board-level reporting packages and financial statements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP preferred) and MS Excel.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing finance teams.
- Deep understanding of technical accounting, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
