Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end month-end and year-end closing processes with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Analyze financial trends and prepare executive-level reporting packages for stakeholders
- Manage tax planning, audits, and regulatory filings with external partners
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital strategies
- Mentor junior accounting staff through structured development programs
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel (VBA macros)
- Experience with SOX compliance and multi-state tax regulations
- Demonstrated success in scaling financial operations during high-growth phases
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
