You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial infrastructure, leading our reporting processes, and serving as a key advisor to the executive leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Direct internal controls and ensure strict compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of accounting professionals.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and debt service requirements.
- Partner with department heads to provide budget variance analysis and strategic insights.
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings with global partner firms.
- Implement automated financial reporting tools to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public audit.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and scaling financial systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
