Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes effectively.
- Direct internal audit functions and ensure robust internal control frameworks are in place.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and cash flow models to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals for annual filings.
- Develop and mentor junior finance staff to foster professional growth.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce operational overhead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; CPA or MBA highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience leading high-performance finance teams.
- Thorough knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and local tax regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
