- Manage intercompany accounting and consolidated financial reporting
- Direct internal controls optimization and risk assessment initiatives
- Mentor accounting staff through performance coaching and process improvements
- Collaborate with executive team on M&A due diligence integration
- Drive automation of accounting workflows using ERP systems
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional finance teams
- Strong analytical skills with complex financial modeling experience
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Public accounting background with Big Four experience highly valued
