Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Direct the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to maintain financial integrity and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filing requirements.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance and accounting professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master's in Accounting preferred.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial management.
- Strong technical expertise in US GAAP and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct).
- Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to translate financial data into clear business strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring teams.
