Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Direct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.
- Oversee tax filing requirements, including federal, state, and local compliance.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of accounting professionals.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard corporate assets.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to provide actionable financial insights and budgeting support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Active CPA certification is strictly required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial statement consolidation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong background in process automation and financial systems transformation.
