Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization strategies.
- Oversee all statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Direct the accounts payable, receivable, and payroll departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Design and implement internal control policies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for year-end audits and tax planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation is required.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Expertise in ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
