Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
- Manage external audit relationships and tax compliance filings.
- Provide actionable financial analysis and reporting to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems and ERP integration.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Expert proficiency in GAAP and advanced financial reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage).
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic professional services environment.
