Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range strategic planning and quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to executive leadership regarding business performance.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment across diverse business units and global offices.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis and prepare monthly executive bridge reports for the Board of Directors.
- Partner with the M&A team to conduct financial due diligence and valuation modeling for potential acquisitions.
- Drive process automation initiatives within the finance department using advanced BI tools and ERP enhancements.
- Evaluate capital structure and liquidity requirements to support firm-wide expansion goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA charterholder strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros) and financial modeling best practices.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite and BI software like Tableau.
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and corporate tax principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a deadline-driven environment.
