Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and long-range forecasting.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Analyze variance trends and provide executive-level commentary on key performance drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for margin expansion and operational efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive presentation materials for Board of Directors and Investor Relations briefings.
- Drive the development of advanced dashboarding and automated reporting tools using BI software.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activity and capital allocation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling best practices.
- Proven track record of managing complex datasets and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on executive presence.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA is highly preferred but not required.
