What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models and forecasts to project revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare high-level executive summaries and detailed variance analysis reports for the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP and internal compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within investment banking or asset management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, SAP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
