Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Modeling: Develop complex financial models for investment opportunities, M&A scenarios, and capital budgeting.
- Budgeting: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals.
- Investment Support: Conduct due diligence and provide quantitative analysis to support the investment committee’s decision-making process.
- Reporting: Present clear, concise, and actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certifications (CFA/CPA) are a strong plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables), SQL, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Analytics: Strong background in data analysis and financial modeling techniques.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives.
