Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models for portfolio companies and M&A opportunities
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and macroeconomic indicators to inform strategic decisions
- Lead quarterly forecasting cycles and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Design KPI dashboards and financial reports to track performance against strategic objectives
- Collaborate with investment teams on due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration
- Mentor junior analysts and improve financial planning processes through automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in investment banking, PE, or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Track record of driving process improvements and automation in finance operations
