Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting for quarterly and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to support strategic decision-making processes and product launches.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and detailed reporting packages for C-suite stakeholders and board meetings.
- Optimize working capital management and cash flow forecasting models to ensure liquidity.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) dashboards using modern data visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related financial sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and corporate finance principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- CFA or CPA designation is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
