Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop complex financial models and perform rigorous forecasting to support long-term strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare high-level executive summaries and monthly reporting packages for the C-suite, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all financial presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Credentials: Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or CFA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis within the financial services or Fintech industry.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables) and financial modeling software; experience with SQL or Power BI is highly preferred.
