Responsibilities

- Monitor macroeconomic trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with FCA and Basel III standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize capital allocation and improve lending efficiency.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations that drive strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, credit risk management, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and statistical software (Python or R is a plus).
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, risk frameworks, and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
