Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and performance reporting for stakeholders
- Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations in all financial reporting
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting tools and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial modeling tools
- Demonstrated experience with variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
- Experience in public accounting or Big 4 environment highly desirable
