Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle month-end and quarter-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (BS, IS, CF)
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks
- Partner with FP&A team on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Drive process improvements through automation and technology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite/SAP)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial audits and tax compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
