Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for $2B+ portfolio
- Develop strategic dashboards and KPIs to track performance against business objectives
- Conduct M&A due diligence and valuation analyses for potential acquisitions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital and operational efficiency
- Present executive-level financial insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and budgeting cycles
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance departmental analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Proven track record of presenting to executive leadership
