Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and investment opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models for M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
