Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.Manage the general ledger, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with federal and state regulations.Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the upcoming fiscal year.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).CPA, CMA, or CPA Candidate status is required.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Strong verbal and written communication skills.
