Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation for private equity and real estate investments
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to investment committees
- Design risk mitigation strategies for market volatility and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with data science teams to enhance financial analytics dashboards
- Mentor junior analysts through quarterly performance reviews and skill development
- Present financial strategies to stakeholders using executive storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- 7+ years in financial analysis with 3+ years in asset management or investment banking
- CPA or CFA designation required
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel modeling, VBA, and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q) and SOX compliance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis)
- Proven track record of optimizing portfolio returns through data-driven insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts
