Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with zero material errors
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Manage SOX 404 audits and internal control documentation
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize financial workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-currency and intercompany transactions
- Proven track record of process optimization
