Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic investment decisions and long-term forecasting.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional department heads to develop annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Prepare executive-level presentations detailing financial performance, KPI tracking, and market intelligence.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline financial reporting and data integrity.
- Evaluate market conditions and competitor performance to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Oversee monthly close procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA/macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Demonstrated experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, narrative-driven strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for C-suite interaction.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
