Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A transactions, valuations, and capital allocation strategies
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis for executive stakeholders
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to inform investment decisions
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to optimize financial performance metrics
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees
- Automate financial workflows using advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI capabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance with direct financial modeling experience
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA, CFA preferred)
- Expertise in financial valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions)
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
