Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive variance analysis on monthly performance vs. budget/forecasts.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes across multiple business units.
- Provide critical insights on market trends, competitive benchmarking, and ROI for new capital investments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth levers.
- Prepare high-impact executive decks and presentations for Board meetings and investor relations.
- Drive continuous process improvement for reporting automation and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or FP&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and complex capital structures.
- Superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical data to non-financial leaders.
- Proven track record of managing projects independently within strict timelines.
