Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Analyze variance between actual financial performance and projected outcomes to identify performance drivers.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost-management initiatives.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders on key financial KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting accuracy and process automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
