Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and forecasts.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the annual budgeting process and strategic long-range planning initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to drive profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights effectively.
