Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and valuation for M&A transactions and investment portfolios
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform strategic recommendations
- Develop comprehensive financial reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and risk management
- Implement advanced Excel and financial software solutions for data-driven insights
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct financial training programs
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
- CFA designation or CPA certification required
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet
- Track record of managing high-stakes financial projects
