- Develop advanced variance analysis reports to identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Streamline month-end closing processes with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx)
- Present executive dashboards highlighting KPI trends and actionable recommendations
- Coordinate cross-departmental audits and compliance initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts on financial best practices and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- CPA or CFA certification with 5+ years in financial analysis
- Expert proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot, VBA) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Financials)
- Demonstrated success in M&A financial due diligence
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Advanced SQL skills for financial data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into executive insights
