You will work directly with executive leadership, providing actionable insights that influence high-stakes investment decisions and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and long-term business forecasting.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for the executive board.
- Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational efficiency.
- Execute ad-hoc financial research to support potential M&A activities and market expansion efforts.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance and financial compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Advanced experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready presentations.
- Proven track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
