Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic investment decisions.
- Perform variance analysis on P&L and balance sheet performance across business units.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
- Identify key performance indicators and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Lead post-investment reviews to evaluate project ROI against initial projections.
- Maintain integrity of financial data within ERP and BI systems.
- Support investor relations through the creation of quarterly board presentations and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA designation highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and complex financial reporting standards.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.
