Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex financial models for portfolio valuation and risk assessment
- Lead quantitative analysis of M&A transactions, including valuation methodologies and synergies projection
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks to track portfolio performance against benchmarks
- Collaborate with investment teams to conduct due diligence on private equity and venture capital opportunities
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows using automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps) and Excel with VBA
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for large dataset analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
